Getting Set Up

Find Your Welcome Email

You should have received a welcome email from Press Ganey with instructions and a link to set up access to the HX platform.

The email is from Press Ganey Associates, Inc. <[e-mail]> and is titled “Set Up Your Press Ganey Account.”

Note: This is an unmonitored email account.

Set Up Access and Log In

1. Follow the HX Platform Setup link in the welcome email.

   

2. Enter your email address and select Next.
   You will receive a new email containing your verification code.
   
   
3. Enter the verification code from the email and select Verify Code.
   

   Note: The code expires after 20 minutes. Select Send a New Code if needed.

4. Create a new password and select Continue.
   

   You are redirected to the login screen.

5. Enter your email address and password, then select Log In.

6. HX should open directly to the Member Experience Home Page. If it doesn't, select the Member Experience tile to continue.

   
   

7. The Member Experience Home Page includes links to reporting dashboards and other resources available to your account.
